I've been running with Team World Vision to bring clean water to those in need. It's a sad fact that  nearly 1,000 children under age 5 die every day from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. But we believe the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes.  And so I run.

Years ago, I ran my first full marathon. It was brutal. I hated it. I vowed I'd never run another full marathon again. That all changed when I was invited to run the London Marathon with the goal of bringing clean water to 500 children. 

I'm running this marathon not for myself. I'm running it for the thousands of children who die every week because they don't have access to clean water. It's something I can do to change the world in a simple way. 

Will you join with me in my BHAG? Will you help me change the lives of 500 kids? For every $50 we raise, a child gets clean water for life. On top of that, if you're felt led to, you can choose to sponsor a child. Your sponsorship will be considered a $1,000 donation toward my fundraising goal.
